At Automatic Machine Services (AMS) we recognise our duty to encourage responsible gaming through the conscientious operation and regulation of all aspects of our business. AMS is a member of the Cowells Arrow group of companies.

We are licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission to supply, install, adapt, maintain & repair gaming machines. Our Gambling Commission account number is 8838.

We are members of BACTA, the largest UK trade association for the pay-to-play leisure industry and follow all guidelines and advice to comply with the supply of all our products to all of our customers.

We support and make voluntary donations to GambleAware which is an independent charity who tackles problem gambling through research, education and treatment.

As part of our Operating Licence obligations with the Gambling Commission, we advise customers about how to minimise the risk of money laundering activities in their establishments when gaming equipment is supplied.
